I have already contacted Council officers for them to get in touch with the London Ambulance Service to investigate this incident. All emergency services should have keys so I am not sure why they didn’t have one. We have been offering extra spare keys to the emergency services and will do so again when we contact London ambulance service. The safety of all our residents is paramount.
