| As I said I was trying to inform the person who asked about where the council tax records are located.Yes I'm aware that the streets are not the same condition that we normally have them in but as you're aware the new system of rubbish collection came in on 6 June and therefore there is a bedding in period .But you must also be aware we had to make a massive cuts in our budgets and this system saves the council nearly £3 million a year and also the recycling rate has risen to 55%. |
