Precisely. If copyright were taken in that vein then almost every architect would be in breach as they all take the ideas of others and adapt them. There has been a lot of poor representation made on this issue and as I mentioned, not one 'threat' has made it to court as none of it has any legal standing. Can you imagine trying to prosecute anyone with a smartphone taking pictures? It's all smoke and mirrors and opportunism because there are plenty out there who do not question things, don't know the law and where they stand with it, and don't want to get into confrontation and plenty out there who use that to their own fulfillment. And returning to the parking, that is what is going on at Ealing Broadway. |
