"If your engine is running and the ignition key in the operative position, Driver in drivers seat with seat belt on, you are not parked." That's not true on a public road. If you have caused the vehicle to wait for a period, it doesn't matter whether you are inside it, whether the engine is running, etc. The vehicle is parked. However, I've no idea what definition of parking is used by the company who make the rules on the private land outside Ealing Broadway station. |
