If we were given the passes. If it did not cost us more money. If we knew that it was in the interests of the residents in the area\so that we could park unincumbered, we could have our friends from local zones park I would be semi ok but that is not how it has been structured ( I cant go down the road to pick up my child and have a chat with my mates on a Saturday. I get a ticket. (I go at 1 and return several hours later....mmmmjoy ticket in tow. that was a costly box of chocolates)All it is there for is fund the very heavy pension funds of the local authority. £8000 ha ha ha ha ha ha ha h ah ah ah.....eggggg Got caught moooooving in that nasty yellow box in Southall. Thought you needed to be still in a yellow box... Why weekend restrictions? Who does that help?
