| I was in west Ealing this morning speaking to a shop owner. She said that the situation on the Uxbridge Road is sometimes chaotic and that a plan was needed by the authorities to keep the traffic getting through. She also added that traffic wardens were rarely seen when the evening rush hour was developing. |
