| Again, I've never seen it answered but all the way along uxbridge road, not just West Ealing Broadway parking on single yellows during prohibited hours is rife, as is parking in loading bays and double yellows and on corners et and recently even in bus lanes.. I think intimindation from shopkeepers (many of who are the owners of the vehicles) may be part of it, but also I wonder if it's enforceable at all. I do see tickets on vehciles but I wonder if they get cancalled on appeal. |
