Delivery slots were inadequate, but to suggest that, because of that, people were forced to shop in person is a wild assumption and demonstrates you have a superficial understanding of what has been going on - and human nature. Some people wanted to shop in person to make sure they got what they wanted to have and at first, when not all the usual ranges of produce were available, so they could adopt different options for their meals. “Where there is an alternative that does not require physical attendance that is what should be used”, you say. Where there are alternatives, I say, let people choose what suits them. Telling people what they SHOULD DO is an impertinence. |
