| When I have time I'll look up your alternative newspaper accounts but local ones are usually full of residents trying to make a name for themselves. I don't think it is a good idea reducing residual waste collections too much because whereas if you miss a recycling one you can generally either wait until the next with no problem or find an alternative recycling bank - at a supermarket or on the street. With residual your alternative is more limited. |
