Unless you have nappies in your black wheelie bin you should easily be able to go more than a fortnight without a collection! I still see unflattened cardboard and unflattened milk and cola bottles. Nobody would pack their suitcase the way that they fill their wheelie bin. And if you are buying from Amazon you should be filling in the feedback box telling them when they have overpackaged. We recently had a youngster staying addicted to Amazon and had a delivery of a bag within a box within another box. Quite ridiculous. They need to reduce their packaging and pay a fair amount of taxes like everyone else including packaging tax which I suspect they aren't. Personally I prefer to make an effort to buy on the high street if I can. |
