Most interesting. I'd not heard of that, and certainly not been issued with bags to do this. ... just spoken to the Council and none of the flats are eligable for clear sack collection. Certainly the normal bin collection didn't take them, but I guess they wouldn't. Looks like somebody somewhere nearby is generating large quantities of recyclable waste which for some unknown reason they can't get rid of for free. |
