Clear bags may mean the rubbish is meant for recycling, since you mention bottles, cans and pizza boxes? I live near the North Circular and recycling vans can't stop there, so residents get clear bags for all recyclables, which are then collected in one quick go. Do South Ealing Road flats have a similar arrangement for recycling? |
