| Funnily enough I got an email today from autoresponse@tfl.gov.uk explaining that a refund of £1.30 was due to me as a result of an operational issue. I can't remember if I used my Oyster on Saturday, but I certainly did on Sunday (19 Dec). I didn't ask for the refund and, more worringly, I didn't notice that I had been overcharged. I hope that if I have been given an automatic refund then others would have too. |
