You may find that Ealing have a contract with a gardening company to supply year-round "current" hanging baskets that are to be replaced each season so leaving them for an extra few weeks wouldn't save us, the tax payer any money. The question is, do we need the luxury of hanging baskets on ealing streets at this time of austerity?!?
