Too true. When Ealing Council are about to close Day Centres for severely handicapped people but believe that the "Around Ealing" magazine and also hanging baskets are more important than the most Vulnerable then we do have a strange sense of priorities. Having heard from Day centre users the way in which the portfolio holder treated them it makes me wonder what the Administrations priorities are?
