Thanks all for your tips. I will leave the other tomatoes to ripen on the plant and see what happens, but I fear the weather will turn before they get a chance to go red.  I did grow courgettes earlier and they were good and am currently growing peppers and chillies - all seem fine. The ones I have picked I think I will make sauce with them and add my lovely basil!
