| Usual deflection nonsense from the Hanwell village idiot. What P James doesn’t understand is that the council failed to do any sort of risk assessment before signing off the works. It took almost a year before RoSPA was paid £1500 to produce a report that concluded that the ponds are unsafe in the current configuration, particularly being sites so close to the children’s playground. Only a very dimwitted individual would think there’s no problem in turning what has been a safe environment for all park users into one with hazards. It’s not just the ponds, but also the swales linking them that are deep. No doubt the village idiot will be blaming car drivers for this stupidity. |
