| It does rather appear that you know about as much on the subject of return on investment as you do about most other things, that is absolutely nothing. Money spent on infrastructure that virtually nobody uses is money wasted. Normal amount of bleating about how unfair that is changes that simple fact. You have said yourself that driving is a minority interest, then, as such, any appeal to spend money to defend you and your fellow bleaters from a threat that obviously does not exist borders on a mental aberration. |
