I've noticed reading back, that all of Cllr. Costigan's 'press' statements are almost word for word statements put out by other sources and merely altered to localise. Probably not her words at all but those of a junior press officer who has lifted everything from policy and GLA pre prepared statements, issued to all Labour London administrations. She clearly only listens to like minded and does not really look deeper for herself and find things out for herself. Sadly very few do. But given the nice earner cabinet members now rake in, very much ought to be. So far she seems to be a Sheep following the Shepherd and not really got a proper grasp of the whole picture. Not that there are very many clear and pragmatic and truly innovative thinkers in LBE - elected or directorate. So she's just one of the many sheep. |
