Raymond, The problem existed before the Covid-19 and people do not like to go near the bins if they are full, they stink amd the ones with tops on them are ofter caked in old cigarette ends and God-knows-what, basic hygiene requires the bins to be washed and disinfected which is NEVER done, another reason for getting rid of useless Amey the contractor and its 'precious' workforce
