What amazes me about all this is why people don’t just take their litter home with them and dispose of it there? Laziness and stupidity I guess. It’s been interesting to note the Council still has the litter picking information boards up in most parks but the actual equipment has long since disappeared. It was launched amid great fanfare a couple of years ago but like many council backed projects simply ran out of impetus and has been quietly forgotten.
