George, Another gem. As I was reading I wondered about redundancies. They are sure to come. So if an excellent worker had to be made redundant from one department would he/she be offered a job in a vacant post in another department? Or would this demarcation result in both the loss of a valuable worker and an unnecessary redundancy payment?
