| Three-and-a-half hours waiting for an application form for a garage seems a little excessive. Perhaps this should be brought to the attention of the man ultimately responsible for the planning deparment an the toilets: Keith Townsend, the Executive Director for Ealing Council responsible for the running of the planning department and the council services (ie toilets). As he is Number Two in the Council after the Chief Executive, Martin Smith, I think that it is fair to name him here as a point of contact. If he cannot help, I would suggest a letter to the Chief Executive of Ealing Council, Martin Smith. Both are "top earners" and should accept this type of responsibility. While it is the elected officers who set policy for the company that is Ealing Council to enact, it is the directors of the company who are responsible for seeing it implemented correctly and appropriately and the long waits for garage form is part of that, as well the running of the toilets! |
