Charles, If you look at the headlines on the EalingToday.co.uk web page there is an article referring to the restrictions now in force with regard to the use of the public toilets in the Town Hall. It is unclear which building they are referring to but surely visitors to the Town Hall should not be prevented from using the toilets?
