| I got a parking ticket the other day, for reason "permit not visible". Not visible my foot. Admittedly my plastic permit holder had lost some of its "stick" and fallen away slightly from the windscreen. However, it was still easily visible, as the photos why wife took well attest. I think one can reasonably conclude that the jobsworth parking attendants will use any technicality, no matter how minor or unjust, as a reason to issue a ticket. So my advice is, make sure your permit holders stick properly! I'm sure this doesn't come as news to anyone, but I just needed to have a rant. |
