I do not accept it was an honest mistake either. I want to know what exactly happens to minimise the error rate. I want to know what happens to the parking officer/attendant/warden. Does he lose his job or just his bonus? Cllr Phil Taylor brushes our inquiry aside in the best "Nanny knows best" manner. We are just the punters and we are excluded from the "need to know" loop. |
