| Don't stick them to the windscreen as they will curl up and peel off - put them on the dashboard - but not too far down. Don't put them in direct sun light. (Lessons learned the hard way.) On a different note, I was given a PCN but there was nothing stuck on the windscreen when I returned. Instead the first I heard is when I got a reminder to pay the whole whack through the post 3 weeks later. Luckily I appealed saying I didn't even know I'd had a PCN, and they let me off by paying the smaller amount.(PCN was justified). Are there rules re displaying the PCN? What if a passer by rips it off? |
