So do you think if the best interests of the residents and the park meant the disbanding of the CIC that the CIC would agree to that?

Your view may be that there's the ability to "visit the park" but the fact is for 115 days of the year -- those 115 days being when the weather likely at it's best -- use of the park is at best restricted.
I prefer to walk through the park with my dogs in a relaxed manner and not be worrying about 32 tonners flying around. It's also far nicer to be able to walk a route across and around without herras fencing stopping you plus I would estimate at least 50% of usuable areas are out of bounds.

I'd suggest you walk around the park NOW and have a butchers at the ground and the damage that is evident but already motnhs old. Thats what you see but ecological damage goes much deeper (and I'm as far from an eco warrior that you can get!)

Anyway.
It's done now. Big business and money has had it's way which is a shock to nobody.
Let's see what the results are in a few years time
