| Now Florence the go-between for the council and Walpole Friends also descibes Walpole park as "run-down". So who is responsible for it being run-down? It is clear that there is a push towards an expensive makeover but that has to be maintained otherwise that too in a very few years will be described as run-down when the next makeover is in the offing. Oh dear I do sound sad. |
