There has been a change of use application submitted, which is being held pending receipt of more information -- Daniel are applying for the mezzanine (approx 1,800 s/m) to be used by 'The Gym', a 24-hour health club.  I am also told Daniel are in discussions with another tenant for the ground floor, possible specialist bicycle shop or (are you sitting down?) another bed shop.  It would really be nice if the hoardings were removed, but both residents and planners are concerned about the security issues of a 24-hour business of any sort here.
