Now we know that Cllr Vlod Barchuk is in charge of safer neighbourhoods will he now tell us how the police will work in these blocks of flats? As I write there are 32 council owned sites up for "sale" in a property show in Cannes (Mipim). Each of these may be for "regeneration". What does that mean? Looks to me like it means repeating the same mistakes that were made in the 70s. |
