Thank you Eric this is public sell-off and densification big time. Number two of 32? Is it a good thing and will it provide stable safe communities into the future or will it be demolished after failing within two decades? Are the problems of these seven storey blocks that of supervising, maintaining and policing the common parts? Do lifts always work in these blocks? How does security work? How will such a large number of new West Ealingers affect the roads around the estate? Will there be room for new schools? Have any of the cabinet members lived with their family in a tower block? |
