So either we upset you and cycle on the road, or upset 'F Stone' by cycling on the cyclepath (which he/she/it is blind to) So as it's better to be hung for a sheep than a lamb I'll personally stick to the road. I spend as much time on foot as I do on 2 wheels around Ealing and Acton and have seen no examples at all of intelligent planning of shared paths. Nor does pavement cycling register on my radar as being that much of a problem. When it does occur it's mostly with youths on BMX's. Well done on your comment that roads are no longer safe for cycling because of disrepair and traffic. Classic victim blaming. |
