The people in Ealing Cycles used to be particularly abrupt, but the last few times I've dealt with them they've been very pleasant - I don't know if there has been a change in ownership, personnel, or just attitude, but the last service we had done there was good value and the experience pleasant.

However, I still miss the wonderful little cycle shop that was further down towards South Ealing, which was driven out by rent hikes and is now a coffee shop....
