| I forgot to mention that there was no check for residency in the borough, eg against the electoral roll, or National Insurance number, or indeed any form of identification. All one had to do was fill in a form and tick the boxes possibly using a contaminated ball pen (so take your own). Again it's early days and these checks will be put in place without doubt. |
