Looking at this, I'm absolutely sure that this development will get the green light - whatever the consequences. Affordable housing- tick Car-free- tick High Rise in comparison to the local area - tick Not listening to residents' valid concerns - tick Plus, it has the added advantage of current approved developments. No infrastructure improvements in the area - tick Lack of electricity for large developments - tick Increasing population density - tick Impact on flooding- mitigated - tick (Lammas Park SUD) However, given Ealing's current track record with development, it's likely that the project will stall, leaving a building site unoccupied and more false comments about how Ealing is delivering on housing. |
