| I can't be the only one thinking "Well, open a window, VENTILATE, and stop expecting the Council to fix for free something you created." Obviously there are genuine cases but my statement is not unreasonable. MIGHT explain why the Council appears to be so slow fixing mould problems, if tenants don't exercise a degree of responsibility? |
