| I doubt if the clowns at Perceval house know what a spreadsheet is. Like my neighbours, I could sweep up all the streets leaves but why should I or they as we all pay council tax for the privilege? I have spoken to my councillors who have given up asking the council to actually do their job. I would probably get shirty in their shoes as the council are hapless and hopeless. |
