Given that my street hasn't been swept for almost a year, the local roads have all the drains blocked with leaves and my local park is a crumbling disgrace, you would hope that Ealing's council tax will not be affected - https://www.theguardian.com/society/2024/nov/28/council-funding-redirected-rich-areas-most-deprived-england-local-government |
