What's the point when there is reduced funding to mindlessly stick to an Excel Sheet of jobs when the trees don't drop their leaves to order or schedule? Ealing Council will give you some bags to put leaves into if they are really bad near you. Then you can do something useful (if you can) when it is needed. You can also make a report to say where there is a particularly bad/dangerous collection of leaves causing dangerous conditions. Try using the Council's website - or get in touch with your Councillors. However if you are abusive don't be surprised if they don't feel inclined to give you a speedy reply because I wouldn't and I don't have anything to do with the Council. |
