| If you live in a Conservation area when a house is sold it cannot be made into multiple flats when sold . Sadly in our area lovely 3 /4 bed. family homes have been changed into three , some four, three bedroom flats. .One at this very moment is being turned into five flats. Sawed down a mature elm tree and oaktree and taken all the back garden to do this. |
