I don't know if anyone has seen the last couple of Ealing Council newsletters but there is an article regarding a "new" park which involves closing the Perivale golf course and re-wilding the site. It touches on the River Brent and seems to skirt round flooding and the Gurnell pool ! I recommend anyone who has an interest in this has a quick read.
