Back in the day, they used to cook the best sausages anywhere. They were about 9" long and served two 9n a playe with a huge 'blob' of mustard and probably the best kept ESB anywhere. I will always remember that any morning that you passed by the staff would be outside flushing pipes or sitting 9n the step polishing some piece of brass or another.
