| This has been coming for years and it's just been accelerated by Covid and the energy crisis. The whole gamut of small businesses is being pushed into unviability by rates and rents and the very poor quality of what you get for such outlandish overheads. It should have been reformed more than a decade ago when the first wave of businesses started to move out. But the fixation with climate has become a convenient sideshow to evade real problems for real people. |
