Your problem Paul is you are too highly strung and a catastrophic, always fearing the worst. You remind me of that character from Asterix fearful that the sky was about to fall on his head. I’ve never denied that there’s a problem with mobile phone use, and it annoys me as much as it does other contributors to this forum. Yet, you only see what you want to see. In English law there’s a principle of contributory negligence, long established but something the current government seems keen to eradicate, probably because the Prime Minister is such an irresponsible fool. If you step out into the road into the path of an oncoming bus or lorry because you weren’t paying attention and get killed or injured you don’t get my sympathy. |
