| Most damage is caused by works vehicles or oversized vehicles. Very, very few are followed up even when reported. Usually from lack of evidence of the actual incident and details lacking. Do you have photographic evidence of the actual incident with the vehicles involved or just the damage? Have you submitted the evidence at the time? Actual proof or assumption? Currently the councils own refuse vehicles are creating potholes in resurfaced roads caused by the bins impacting the surface. This sets off potholes and completely undoes the resurfacing. |
