| That's quite true. I really hope John Lewis turn out to be a mould breaker in rentals and don't metamorphosise into the appalling ways of some Housing Associations one of the worst of which is based in this borough. It could be a good thing. But a highly transient population in too great a number is not such a good thing. It damages stability and quality of life and plays into the hands of vested interests. |
