| Keith - these will be rentals not for sale, part of a new strategy John Lewis has to diversify its business. Regardless, housing is anyway a top down market. When the top of the market is stagnant, the rest of the market is stagnant. More stock of any kind creates fluidity in the market so as people trade up more stock is made available further down the chain. This is a good thing. |
