| Last time I saw work being done outside the tube station relating to gas - there was also a notice saying "No Smoking". Standing beside it were people speaking to each other in a foreign language lighting up after having come out of the tube station. For those who are addicted to cigarettes who have just been forced to endure a smoke-free time travelling on the underground it is a natural place to light up. Only it may not be just their cigarettes. This work obviously should be prioritised. |
