I would be very happy if the Council did take action against a constant fly-tipper.
It is CHISWICK FENCING.COM who chose to use the Council garage area to the rear of
41 – 53 GIFFORD GARDENS W7 to dispose of rubbish which they have already charged  their
customers to remove. They use the site as their personal dumping ground.
I can only see the fly-tipping situation getting worse so would welcome a direct email address to
report direct to the Council enforcement team rather than the rubbish removal team.
